Challenge
The client needed a platform where property owners could list properties for sale and rent, and where buyers and renters could search and filter listings. They also needed a way to protect owner contact details and ensure only serious, verified leads could access them. The system had to support multiple property types (apartments, flats, land, party rooms, furnished units, etc.), flexible search filters, and a simple subscription model for owners.
Solution
We built Yourhause as a property marketplace with two main flows: one for owners and one for customers. Owners register and subscribe at 1 CHF per property to list and manage their listings. Customers search using filters such as location, property type, floor space, number of rooms, price range, and category (apartment, flat, land, party room, furnished, etc.). To access owner contact details, customers enter their name, email, and phone number and verify their identity via a one-time password (OTP) sent to their email. Only verified users can view owner contact information, which keeps leads qualified and protects owner privacy.
Results
The platform gives property owners a low-cost way to reach buyers and renters, with a clear 1 CHF per property subscription. Customers can quickly find relevant properties using filters and get direct access to verified owner contacts after OTP verification. The OTP flow reduces spam and unqualified inquiries while keeping the process simple for serious buyers and renters. The marketplace now supports multiple property types and search criteria, making it easier for both owners and customers to connect.

For property owners
Owners register on the platform and subscribe at 1 CHF per property. They can list multiple properties for sale or rent, manage listings, and receive verified leads directly from interested customers.
For customers
Customers search properties using filters such as:
- Location – city, area, or address
- Property type – apartment, flat, land, party room, furnished, etc.
- Specifications – floor space, number of rooms, price range
Search results are shown in a clear, filterable layout so users can quickly compare options.
Lead verification
To protect owner privacy, contact details are only shared after verification. Customers enter their name, email, and phone number and receive a one-time password (OTP) by email. After successful verification, they can view the property owner's contact details and reach out directly.
Business model
The subscription model (1 CHF per property) keeps listing costs low for owners while supporting platform maintenance and development.
